Description
The Mount Sinai Brooklyn Department of Radiology, and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is seeking a fellowship trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Body Imager/General Radiologist for a full time position in its Division of Radiology.
The position is primarily hospital based, but includes shared oversight for the outpatient imaging center, KingsWay Diagnostic Imaging, directly across the street.
It is well regarded in the community for excellence in cardiac care, geriatric care, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, neurology, and orthopedic surgery.
The hospital's Radiology Department performs 62,000 exams annually, including XRay, CT, US, fluoroscopy, mammography, Nuclear Medicine and IR.The imaging office performs 8200 exams annually, including CT, MRI, and bone densitometry with a new MRI currently being built.
The applicant will be part of the large Mount Sinai multispecialty radiology group of over 100 radiologists, two large residency programs, and robust cross-coverage.
