- Treatment planning; prepare and present recommended treatment to patients, along with ease in financial presentations and helping patients flow into financial acceptance easily
- Case presentation; assist patients in scheduling treatment, working through their barriers, should there be any, as well as concerns with ease and finesse
- Schedule treatment appointments and ensure the schedule is filled with daily goals
- Confirming and managing Doctor's schedule as your commitment to the team, scheduling to preappointed time blocks and goals
- Experienced and competent in Insurance billing including sending claims, narratives, and attachments daily on Dr.'s procedures to aid our Insurance Coordinator as needed
- Ensure accuracy in ADA coding for claims being submitted to Insurance related to Dr.'s schedule
- Assist the Front Office team with duties/tasks with enthusiasm and a high level of follow-through
- Be readily available to step into the check-in or check-out role as needed
- Openly participate in team meetings, coaching, and contribute on a high level to this team

Compensation:$20 - $25 per hour DOE
Responsibilities:We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude who can immediately fulfill the role of Scheduling Coordinator and Case Presenter in our growing practice. This position requires a self-assured and confident person who is able to problem solve, multi-task, and be solution-driven throughout the day.
