Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is the largest network of Joint Commission accredited outpatient opioid treatment and recovery centers, operating approximately 120 locations in 24 states.

Manager of Total Rewards .
This role will report to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for employee benefits, total compensation, and rewards and recognition.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in strategic planning as well the administration, management, and optimization of the health and welfare plans, 401(k) plan, and total compensation programs.
Partner with the benefits broker and 401(k) consultant to ensure compliance and identify opportunities to enhance the level of benefits and reduce cost.
Participate in strategy sessions related to benefits plan design, preparation for comp committee meetings, the performance of benefits plans, process improvements, the employee value proposition, etc.
Prepare and communicate information to team members about benefits programs and eligibility, procedures, government-mandated disclosures, and enhancements via multiple communication channels.
Drive the open enrollment process to include a communication strategy, technology configuration, post-enrollment auditing and issues resolution.Advance a total compensation strategy to include a compensation philosophy, technology platform, job grades, external market analysis, incentive programs, etc.
Manage the 401(k) provider and partner with the 401(k) consultant to review investment options and fiduciary responsibilities.Manage all leaves of absence and short-term and long-term disability claims in accordance with all state, federal, and local laws including FMLA, workers' compensation, etc.
Manage requests for accommodations to ensure compliance with the ADA and ADAAA as well as internal policies.Ensure compliance with the ACA, Prescription Drug Data Collection submission, etc.
Manage the tuition reimbursement program.
Manage the benefit enrollment process for new team members and current team members qualifying life events.
Exhibit leadership and management skills that maintain a high performing team.
Develop and implement total reward strategies that advance BHG's Mission and Core Values of Hope, Respect, and Caring.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience.
Deep working knowledge of employee benefit and welfare benefits, to include self-funded plans, and 401(k) administration.
Experience in compensation design and administration.
Experience in leaves of absence management, the ADA and ADAAA, FMLA, workers' compensation, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.
Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency, and commitment to provide exceptional support to team members.
Strong business acumen.
Demonstrated track record of partnering with other functional HR leaders and working cross-functionally in a manner that enables a better employee experience through total rewards.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical subjects to stakeholders.Ability to adapt to changing conditions and experience leveraging emerging technologies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high performing teams.
