Technician responsibilities include:
- Work handson on a daily basis completing various remodeling and home repair projects.
- Oversee daily project tasks and provide updates on project status and progress to Project Manager on a daily basis and update company software with notes and pictures.
- Ensure projects are completed ontime, to the highest quality standards, as well as to the complete satisfaction of both client and Project Manager.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Project Manager and clients.
Construction experience should include but is not necessarily limited to: _(Experience in all areas is not required but is a plus)_
- Bathroom & Kitchen remodeling
- Trim & custom carpentry
- Drywall repair, installation & finishing
- Painting (interior & exterior)
- Tile Installation (floor, wall, shower, backsplash)
- Framing (interior wall & decks)
- Door & window replacement
- Minor plumbing & electrical
- Hardwood & laminate flooring installation
- Cabinetry installation
- General home repairs
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Location:
- North County San Diego & Riverside County
Required experience:
- Home remodels: 1 year
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
