Within 18 months, you will gain insights into various departments and prepare yourself for future leadership roles. There is no application deadline for this position. It will remain open until filled.


Your responsibilities:

  • Over the course of 18 months, you will rotate through the diverse departments of a BAUHAUS specialist center and bring in new perspectives
  • Learn about the various departments and daily operations in sales, receiving goods, and at the cash register from different perspectives
  • Assist the management of your specialist center with various tasks such as personnel management and marketing
  • Support market analysis and evaluation of operational key figures, gradually expanding your analytical skills
  • Gain new perspectives and take on initial responsibilities in the management of the BAUHAUS specialist center during the trainee program, preparing you for future leadership roles
