Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.


Responsibilities:


  • The customer service representative is responsible for accurate order entry, processing, scheduling and dispatching jobs to/from customer and service technicians.
  • Works to resolve customer and technician's issues

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
