ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Project Manager on assigned projects from turnover to completion
- Daily visits to multiple job sites to monitor quality, safety, and productivity
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to field supervisors and field staff
- Communicate between office and field staff; Manage field hours, timecards, daily job reports, etc
- Attend pre bid walk throughs, and help develop key sub list and solicit bids
- Develop and maintain good customer relations through periodic persontoperson contact, inspections, frequent and responsive communication, and followups on all issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Competent in conflict resolution
- Work and thrive in fastpaced environments

Experience:
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
