ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Project Manager on assigned projects from turnover to completion
  • Daily visits to multiple job sites to monitor quality, safety, and productivity
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to field supervisors and field staff
  • Communicate between office and field staff; Manage field hours, timecards, daily job reports, etc
  • Attend pre bid walk throughs, and help develop key sub list and solicit bids
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations through periodic persontoperson contact, inspections, frequent and responsive communication, and followups on all issues
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Strong leadership and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Competent in conflict resolution
  • Work and thrive in fastpaced environments

Experience:


  • Project management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
