The goal of Lebenshilfe Seelze is to enable people with disabilities to live a largely self-determined life.

The non-profit organization offers a range of services including early intervention, autism support, school assistance, vocational training, diverse job opportunities, as well as outpatient services, social counseling, and various living arrangements.

In Seelze, Wunstorf, and Barsinghausen, Lebenshilfe operates workshops, a modern vocational training center, a daycare center, a nursery, a café with an organic farm shop, as well as support and residential facilities.

Founded in 1966, Lebenshilfe Seelze currently employs around 500 professionals who support over 1200 people with disabilities in all stages of life.

Facilitating participation in the workforce is one of our core tasks and has many facets in daily life.

An important aspect is the opportunity to provide person-centered jobs in the general job market and develop the abilities and strengths of people with disabilities.

We differentiate between group work and individual workstations.
