What you are looking for.

  • You will lead the construction of our turnkey construction projects in Freeburg.
  • The product portfolio includes row houses, multi-family houses, residential quarters, social and diaconal facilities, production and administrative buildings, as well as health centers.
  • You are responsible for the economic and timely execution of projects.
  • On construction sites, you coordinate our subcontractors and monitor the quality of their work.
  • Together with the project manager, you negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
  • You have a keen understanding of technical relationships to professionally guide construction tasks to completion.

What you bring.

  • You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or are a construction technician with comparable knowledge. Alternatively, you have a similar education.
  • You have already successfully managed turnkey construction projects as a construction manager.
  • You are known for your independent, dedicated, and responsible work style.
  • You have a strong business mindset and assertiveness, and you work well in a team.
