Your Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to the development of detailed solutions for various construction projects
  • You will create and edit tenders and contracts for construction services according to phases 6/7 of the HOAI for new buildings and renovations
  • You will work on challenging construction projects
  • You are used to managing multiple projects simultaneously and utilize digital tools for efficient scheduling and project management
  • You enjoy exciting and diverse tasks. You think entrepreneurially, want to deepen your expertise, and actively contribute your knowledge to ongoing projects.

Your Skills

  • You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering, or have completed a technical training in construction
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in planning and executing projects
  • You also have relevant experience in tendering and/or construction management
  • You have a solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards, as well as proficiency in MS Office and tendering software (preferably RIB iTWO)
  • You have good written and spoken English skills
