- Effectively communicates (both written and verbal) with colleagues, patients, and family members
- Educates patients and families to ensure they have a clear understanding of the provided care
- Proficiency in computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard software like Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication within a team setting
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Licensure: Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
- Experience: Recent clinical experience preferred
