    Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for compassionate and skilled LPNs for Private Duty nursing opportunities in Holyoke, MA.

    • Full Time, Part Time, & Per Diem opportunities.
    • Flexible overnight and weekend shifts available.

    Maxim Healthcare Services now presents various training programs for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) aiming to enhance their expertise.

    Training options cover pediatric, trach, and ventilator training among others. These programs equip caregivers with the necessary skills and confidence to excel in homecare settings.

    No prior homecare experience is required by Maxim, and recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.
    • Conduct focused interviews to determine patient needs.
    • Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient's condition.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information for nursing diagnoses.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Current LPN or RN License in state of practice.
    • Health Certificate.
    • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
    • Current BLS card.
