Digital Solution Architect Key Role:

Serve as a senior leader driving te chn ologies and solutions with firmwide impact and solution architectures to address highly complex problems.

Shape digital solutions business and identify and lead growth opportunities as a te chn ical leader.

Collaborate to transform the way Federal Civilian Health agencies use te chn ology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced te chn ology, and modernizing legacy systems.

Apply industry-leading approaches and te chn ologies, including Agile, DevSecOps, data architecture, enterprise architecture, and cloud-native architectures to solve complex client challenges and provide highly innovative solutions.

Work in a cross-cutting fashion to drive architectural consistency and te chn ical solution architecture across all layers, including infrastructure, platform, data, business services, user interface, security, and enterprise services.

Drive incorporation of modern sof tware development principles and te chn ologies, including cloud-native development using microservices and containers.

Serve as a mentor to te chn ical staff and build their te chn ical expertise in resp ond ing to growth opportunities.

Build cross-functional teams of IT professionals and mentor team members on how to enhance their te chn ical expertise and build a big picture perspective about different components of a te chn ology solution and how they fit together.

12+ years of experience with working in a te chn ical field with a focus on sof tware development and modernization efforts, including forward-leaning te chn ologies, such as cloud, automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks
~Experience in partnering with senior-level client stakeholders, providing te chn ical thought leadership, and bringing innovation to achieve business needs
~ Experience with developing project and integration roadmaps and plans
~ Bachelor's degree

Experience with working in Agile at scale environments with multiple, product-centric Agile teams
Experience with working in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services cloud providers, and hybrid cloud deployments
Knowledge of federal health agencies, including organizational structure, competitive landscape, and buying patterns
Cloud Architecture, Sof tware Development, or DevSecOps Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.
