Primary Purpose:

Assume leadership and responsibility for school functions, instruction and outcomes


Major Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Manage the daytoday operation of the School, including implementing and monitoring plans, procedures, programs, and systems to achieve clearly defined and desired outcomes

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Specific staff as assigned by the building principal

Minimum Requirements:


  • Master's degree required, or currently enrolled in a program
  • Minimum of two years administrative experience in a K12 setting
  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience
  • Early literacy specialist
  • Ability to provide exceptional instructional feedback
  • Motivate and inspire staff
  • Multitask and excellent time management
  • Superior knowledge of operational leadership and effectiveness
  • Solid understanding of basic teaching pedagogy

Pay:
$85,000.00 per year
