About this Role:


The Business Innovation Branch of the Program Operations Deputy Director's Office serves as the innovation arm for all the divisions in Program Operations.

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the role of the Business Innovation Unit Manager leads a team of innovation analysts that are tasked with process improvement and providing solutions for a wide variety of stakeholders across the Department.

Working with the team to identify new and more efficient ways to work helps DHCS to continue to improve how the Department serves the public.
