    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis is a PART -TIME position Monday- Friday 7:30AM to 2PM, with some schedule flexibility.

    We are looking for a Automotive Service Team Advisor to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous Automotive Service Experience.

    However we are willing to train highly motivated candidates with minimum Automotive experience. We are willing to train the right candidate.


    ResponsibilitiesOversee service schedule and workflow to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitabilityEnsure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely mannerHandle all phone calls in a friendly and professional mannerMeet and assist customers with service needsAddress customer concerns and/or complaints in a professional mannerSource parts recommended by Technicians, utilizing different platform and vendorsMentor Small team of Technicians on best practices for improving service quality and efficiency.

    Oversee day-to-day operations of the service departmentManage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance recordsMaintain office and service area organized and neat according to established standards


    QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required bachelor's degree preferredValid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are requiredWilling to learn and self-improveAbility to positively collaborate in a teamSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screeningAt least one year of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor is preferred.

    Experience as an automotive service manager is a plusGood understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is preferred
