Description
Join our team at Lafim-Diakonie and make a difference for elderly people. We are currently seeking a Care Assistant (m/f/d) for the Evangelisches Seniorenzentrum Bethesda in Berliner Str. 63, 16259 Bad Freienwalde (Oder). This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) starting as soon as possible. The contract is for one year.

Your role will involve promoting the independence and well-being of our residents through individualized, activating, and holistic care and support.

* You will implement care and activation measures that positively influence the well-being of our residents. * You will assist residents with daily activities and help them structure their day. * While following hygiene guidelines, you will also perform household and nursing tasks. * You will provide basic medical care and support with treatments.
