Description

Duties

Oversee Patching in a 500+ Windows OS environment
Utilize Ivanti console to monitor and Patch assets in OT environment.
Coordinate Change Requests and data outages for 3rd Party Patching.
Create Custom reports to verify patching to stakeholders utilizing Ivanti Tools
Ensure Ivanti functionality and coordinate remediation with other teams
Deploy agents and patches to assets in the OT environment.
Patch Windows and Linux environments.
Perform Cyber mitigations on request
perform general Sys admin duties when required.

Skills

Proven work experience patching using Ivanti is required.
Detailed knowledge of Ivanti console setup, deployment, and maintenance.
Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Familiar with Ivanti patching console.
Ability coordinate and schedule efforts between teams.
Ability to document processes and status

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or 5+ years job experience.
Ivanti Endpoint Manager Certification preferred
