Description

The Arc Lexington is looking for a Catering Team Supervisor to join their Kingsboro Catering team. We are seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate with our talented team of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will oversee the meticulous preparation of daily food items for our Café and catered events, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to safety standards.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness of food production areas and equipment daily.

As the Catering Team Supervisor, you will take charge of coordinating all catered events, including staff lunches, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required, an Associate in Culinary Arts or a similar field is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience in catering food preparation is required.
Human Service experience working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities is preferred.
Must have a valid ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
A valid NYS driver's license with 2 years' experience is required.
