"We move people, people move us. For our client in New Boston, we are currently looking for a motivated Call Center Agent (m/f/d) to join our team on a temporary basis with the possibility of permanent employment in Hamburg. After successful training, home office is possible.

Your tasks as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d):

  • Supporting and advising a fixed customer base
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Documenting conversations in the system

Your qualifications:

  • Commercial training or experience in the call center industry or telephone customer service (career changers are also welcome)
  • Friendly and open demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, motivated, reliable, and a team player
