We are looking for an individual who wants to be a long term team member of a growing agency and will recognize the potential long term opportunity that exists with this roll.

This job is offered on a "hybrid-remote" basis meaning
some remote work may be offered (snow days, occasional situations, for the most part, this job will be performed on site at our new upcoming office location.

Rate of Pay is commensurate with level of Insurance experience with annual pay increases with additional "incentive pay" and "bonus pay" based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Inhouse Sales & Account Rounding for existing client base.
• Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
• Advise clients on products and endorsements offered.
• Establish rapport with customers.
• Maintain customers' data, such as addresses and accounts.
• Process requests for the purchase of insurance.
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Pay:
$35, $48,000.00 per year
