    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Underwriter. Onsite is preferred but remote will be considered. The Underwriter will work closely with other internal teams to review, analyze and assess merchant applications. This position requires the ability to exercise sound judgement and apply credit risk principles when making funding decisions.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess keen attention to detail, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

    QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in lending within the financial industry, preferably with a focus on small business lendingDemonstrated understanding of financial statements and credit risk evaluationAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suite and loan management softwareExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and concise mannerAble to work independently and within a team environmentA commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with all regulatory requirementsAPPLY NOW[gravityform id='7' title='false' description='false' ajax='false']#J-18808-Ljbffr
