    Day to Day duties:
    Review Tax Returns and other financial documents in order to pre-screen the viability of borrowers.
    Analyze financial statements and prepare credit underwriting reports
    Pull credit reports and analyze them. Pull background check and evaluate for consistency
    Analyze borrower's income and determine DTI ratio.
    Perform credit underwriting and assess credit risk.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, etc.)
    2+ years of underwriting experience with residential loans.
