- Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, preferably gained in an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Medical and/or scientific background, enhancing understanding of complex legal matters.
- Expertise in products liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is highly advantageous.
- Superior research, analytical, and writing skills are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Immediately transferable skills and strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions.
