- Primary representative of Dugan & Meyers on each project who is fully responsible for every phase of the project's operation and completion
- Serves as the company liaison with co-workers, clients, and project stakeholders to seamlessly coordinate and effectively communicate the flow of information
- Initiates cost control and reporting procedures in conjunction with the Estimating and Accounting teams
- Manages financial aspects of contracts, including change orders, contractor and supplier payments, equipment rentals, back charges, etc. Prepares monthly financial projections for leadership review
- Works with the Corporate Safety Director and Regional Safety Manager to ensure the project's safety program is carried out and established
- Formulates goals and objectives for the project and actively manages the project schedule including the critical path and all the milestones to ensure project goals are exceeded or met
- Coordinates staffing requirements and actively serves as a mentor for the project's team
- 5-7 years of relative job experience in the construction industry- industrial treatment work
- Knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management with a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices
- BS degree in engineering or construction management
- Proven ability to coach, train and mentor others
- Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy are essential

We are growing and have an excellent opportunity in Louisville, KY for a Construction Project Manager focused on Industrial Treatment work to join our team.
