Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Support 2nd shift production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure safety and functionality
Perform Preventive Maintenance on equipment at various locations
Utilize CMMS for PM's, repairs, and data input for record-keeping and tracking
Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to meet production goals
Ensure machine uptimes meet quality and schedule requirements
Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and controls
Maintain power distribution equipment including wiring and conduits
Troubleshoot and maintain machine control systems and mechanical components
Assist in managing spare parts inventory and fabricating custom equipment
Support Lean Manufacturing techniques for process improvement

General:

Prioritize safety in all activities
Promote a positive work environment
Follow LOTO methodology
Be flexible with working hours and overtime
Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards

Candidate Qualifications:

5 years experience in maintenance within a production environment
Motor drive and PLC tech experience
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley and industrial power systems
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Expertise in maintenance tools and reading design drawings
Ability to interpret CAD and perform basic math
Proficient in MS Office applications
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
