Your job will primarily include the below responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

College Admissions Counseling:

Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement individualized student action plans.

Academic Coaching and Mentoring:

Complete our comprehensive training programs to identify students' unique strengths and weaknesses, build curiosity and confidence, and guide them through academic challenges.

Requirements:

Eligibility:

Willingness to work evenings and weekends when students are available.

Experience:

Preferred experience in education consulting or college admissions consulting.
Proven success in managing, developing, and/or completing complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on teams

Education:

Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university.

Knowledge and Skills:

Exceptional written and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across different departments in addition to leadership, students, parents, and coworkers.
Ability to work under pressure and independently in a fastpaced work environment with multiple deadlines
Deep understanding of the college admissions process and what it takes for students to gain admission into the world's leading universities
Experience with Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, and marketing materials is a plus.
