    Harvest Pack addresses food insecurity by supporting volunteers in bringing meal-packing events to their local communities. Harvest Pack's healthy meals are then donated to established nonprofit partners who distribute them to food-insecure communities.

    Though Harvest Pack's primary focus is fighting hunger in the U.S., we are proud to support global needs with selected international organizations as well.


    Job Experience:
    This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided.


    Salary:
    $45,000.00

    Job Description
    :

    The Harvest Pack Warehouse manager is responsible for coordinating warehouse supply with event demand, and enacting procedures that allow for ease of event planning and execution.

    May also assist with organizational advancement (like finding new events, and conference exhibitions). This position requires advanced organization skills, to coordinate multiple roles, events, and details at the same time. This is a new role for our company and will report to the Executive Director. Additional responsibilities as needed by the Executive Director and Events Director.


    Time Commitment:
    On-site (in the warehouse/office) at least 90%, with the potential of up to 10% offsite/remote work at our events.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Load and unload packaging equipment and raw materials for events
    Send & receive shipments from the warehouse
    Warehouse inventory and recall procedure
    Maintain equipment cleanliness & maintenance
    Follow up with Event Leaders & Hosts (as needed) to meet expectations


    Qualifications:
    Able to push, pull, lift 30-50 lbs. repeatedly, bend, twist, and use hand tools like utility knives.
    Able to exert yourself physically for an 8 hour shift.
    Willingness to learn warehouse and shipping procedures, including using pallet movers
    Positive attitude and inclusive behavior

    Work Location
    :
    St. Paul, MN. Potential for occasional offsite support at events scattered around the Twin Cities and nearby regions.
