We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the logistics industry.
This is a full-time position based inDuties:
- Manage and coordinate transportation services for clients, including fleet management and transportation management
- Utilize Oracle Transportation Management software to track shipments and analyze data
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and documentation
- Provide recommendations and solutions to improve customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of 3PL (thirdparty logistics) industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in typing and computer skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
