    PRIMARY CARE POSITION - WEST VALLEY

For this full time position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:

    • Experienced as an NP in primary care
    • DEA with prescriptive authority required
    • NP Designation with eligibility for AZ license
    • Provider who prefers adult patient populations
    • Patient focused, friendly and willing to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
