All Family Care, PC is looking to fill a full-time Nurse Practitioner position for offices in the valley.


Duties:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of a patient's health status.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Provide primary care services including Yearly physicals, Annual Wellness exams, to patients of all ages including wellwomen exams (PAPs).
• Fill out health plan forms and paperwork.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health promotion.

Experience:

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• New NP who is motivated and ready to learn.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as eClinicalWorks.

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
