    General Manager Opportunity - Premier Hotel in Jacksonville, FL

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional guest experience at a top-tier property.

    Position: General Manager

    Location: Jacksonville, FL

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the management team and staff to achieve operational excellence.
    • Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational performance metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
