    Description

    Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Action Officer to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) activities.

    DARPA requires an Action Officer to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities within the ARPA-H organization.


    Specific Duties Required:

    • Provide administrative support to the team through a variety of tasks and deliverables.
    • Attend weekly Action Officer Meetings and report out to the team and stay apprised of work.
    • Support Clients with Executive Secretariat reports.
    • Maintain access to SAAVI (HHS clearance software system) and process clearance requests at DARPA.
    • Assist Director and team with PowerPoint slide decks.
    • Assist Director with performance metrics and reporting - e.g. 30/60/90-day goals and OKRs development and reporting.
    • Some scheduling duties as required.
    • Coordinate activities for the program manager/office and support between offices'

    Experience/Expertise Required:

    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that included interaction with government agencies. 2-5 years of experience as a special or executive assistant.
    • Strong writing and communications skills.
    • Must be detailed with strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks across DARPA simultaneously.
    • Flexible and able to juggle more than one task at a time.
