Responsibilities:
- Be aware of local, state, and federal laws regarding social services.
- Supervise social workers.
- Conducts Interdisciplinary meetings with patients and/or family members
- Reduce the cost of care.
- Coordinates with government entities for patient insurance and benefits.
- Arrange patient appointment/transportation
- Be proactive in identifying and preventing fraud or abuse in the system.

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
