- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis roles, preferably in an operational context.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
