What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the Somerville store, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.
Manage and inspire a dedicated team, handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.
Maintain high standards of quality control and safety in all store operations.
Collaborate with the supervisors team to ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience.
Implement effective systems for inventory management and cost control.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, leading by example.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
