- Demonstrated knowledge in service management, including incident response, After Action Review, application support, assessments, troubleshooting, and security.
- 5+ years of experience in general IT operational support and service management.
- 3+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting in both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Proficiency in incident and problem management, including organizing and leading SWAT calls.
- Working knowledge of networking, perimeter security, and cybersecurity services and protocols.
- Previous experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Ruby etc.
- Previous experience managing a team in a fast-changing environment.

At Haleon the Security Infrastructure Operational Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of security operations within the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Security Infrastructure Engineering and Operations, this position involves overseeing day-to-day activities, maintaining critical systems, and providing leadership to the team.

The salary range for this role is: $135,869 to $186,819 plus a potential 18% annual bonus.
