Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers who are delinquent on payments.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer disputes and complaints.
- Stay uptodate on collection laws and regulations.
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
