_Join the INN crew of hospitality professionals as a Food and Beverage Supervisor _Position pays $19 per hour.**The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor who has a profound interest in hospitality and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will provide working knowledge of the daily operations to the leadership team. Ensure proper training and supervision to provide the highest caliber of service to all guests. The following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position.

Essential Job Function:

_**- Assist the Food and Beverage Managers with the daily operations of Stars, Purser's Pub, In-Room Dining, and other restaurant outlets.


  • Be thoroughly familiar with all restaurant menu items, specials, beverages, etc.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and practices.
  • Supervise floor during operation.
  • Maintain food displays, special boards and/or descriptions.
  • Check reservations against VIP list from front desk; handle special attention details as needed.
  • Ensure service to all guests follows established standards, is consistent, efficient, and courteous.
  • Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.

Preferred qualifications:
_**- Superior customer service skills.

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required and minimum 3 years related experience.
