Description
Proactively welcomes new admissions and responsible parties to the center and sets expectations. Builds positive rapport with patients and families by constantly rounding and addressing nonclinical concerns. Provides individualized customer service based on patients' needs. Identifies opportunities to improve service and/or patient experience via Kiosks, surveys, google reviews, and other methods.Investigates the root cause of patients' care concerns and involve the appropriate department leaders. Acts as a backup support to the admission team when needed. Helps patients navigate various digital tools needed to complete surveys and Google reviews. Facilitate customer engagement by assisting with admission contracts, questionnaires, and other duties as assigned.
