Job summary
We are a 43-bed unit at a community hospital with low acuity telemetry patients general medical patients orthopedic and neurosurgery surgery patients.
Knee hip and joint replacements calcified bone treatments neck surgeries and laminectomies are some common surgical procedures on our floor.
Responsibilities
- Act as a shift supervisor responsible for clinical functions staffing assignments and care coordination.
- Plan implement unit orientation for clinical staff RNs CNAs.
