Job Summary:
# Responsible for the planning and execution of employer wellness programming at an assigned employer site(s).# Responsible for site-specific budget(s), allocation of resources, coordination of the Wellness Committee infrastructure and participates in the monitoring of population outcomes with other site stakeholders.# Strives to consistently improve wellness programing through corporate goal setting, assisting in the development of population-relevant programming, incorporating the latest available technology and offering beneficial incentives to participants.# Adheres to work procedures and performance standards that comply with CaroMont administrative policies.# Consistently demonstrates CARES behaviors in all interactions.# Practices the utmost discretion and integrity in the handling of confidential information.# Seeks knowledge to keep abreast of new trends in employer wellness.# Maintains membership and actively participates in relevant professional organizations.

## Qualifications:

# Bachelor#s Degree required.# Two years of worksite wellness experience preferred.# Current relevant certification (ACSM, ACE, CHES) preferred.# Strong planning, leadership, communication and organizational skills.# Ability to coordinate special events and work flexible hours to include early mornings, evenings and weekends to meet the demands of worksites.# Working knowledge of media and equipment.
