This position is available immediately on a part-time basis until January 31, 2024 in Ligonier, IN.

The weekly working hours are an average of 20 hours per week (87 hours per month).

They are spread from Monday to Saturday, with a focus on Friday and Saturday.


Pay is according to the retail tariff + 13th month salary as Christmas bonus + vacation pay + 15% employee discount and much more.


  • You are passionate about the IKEA range and enjoy working in a futureoriented, vibrant retail environment.
  • You have a knack for craftsmanship and sales talent. Experience in retail and perhaps even in furniture refurbishment is helpful.
  • You can inspire others and convince them with your ideas. Whether you are communicating with your direct colleagues or with your interfaces in the store you always find the right tone.
  • You have an eye for detail and can keep track of things even in turbulent times.
  • You are environmentally conscious. You are always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is what your day looks like with us

  • You contribute to the refurbishment and sale of writtenoff products in the store. This contributes to profit optimization and sustainable practices in the store.
  • Your main tasks include refurbishing products with minor flaws, repairing defective products, reselling after successful repair, repackaging and assembly, and environmentally friendly disposal.
  • You are the contact person for your colleagues in the store and support them
