Shift: 1st shift, with flexibility from 8am to 5pm

Compensation: Salary between 100k-120k, depending on experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This role differs significantly from the conventional manufacturing engineer position. It combines aspects of both project engineering and manufacturing engineering.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the development, coordination, and monitoring of all product aspects
Propose innovative methods to enhance operational effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and entities

Required Work Experience and Education:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in an FDA-regulated GMP engineering/maintenance setting involving facility systems, equipment, and contractors, with a focus on supporting formulation and filling processes.

2. 3 years of experience in engaging with clients and regulatory authorities to address inquiries about internal programs promptly and effectively.

3. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field preferred. Consideration will be given to candidates with an Associate's degree and relevant work experience.

4. Previous experience directly supporting cGxP primary and secondary packaging operations, particularly formulation and filling processes and equipment.

5. Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, troubleshoot, and solve problems efficiently.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions, regulatory audits, and generating FDA-mandated documentation.

7. Detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational abilities and a background in customer service (both internal and external).
