Rancho Physical Therapy is actively looking for a Front Office Manager to join our Team


JOB SUMMARY:


The Office Manager position duties may include but are not limited to, supervising front office staff, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, chart preparation, collection of copays and coinsurance under the general or direct supervision of the Clinic Director and Staff Physical Therapist.


EDUCATION:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:


  • 13 year front office experience preferred
  • Understanding of insurances, billing and collections procedures
  • 13 year minimum supervisory experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Interest in physical therapy or related medical fields.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to follow directions and use sound judgment in performing job related functions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a respectful delivery.
  • Able to organize time and set priorities appropriately, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Ability to uphold decisions of supervising therapists and take direction from supervisory personnel.
  • Ability to assume responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrate integrity and discretion in all jobrelated matters
  • An attitude of excellence in providing quality patient care.


Rancho Physical Therapy has been providing physical, occupational and industrial rehabilitation services to San Bernardino, Riverside and North San Diego Counties for over 30 years.


Rancho Physical Therapy services include all of the traditional orthopedic, sports, and industrial outpatient therapies, as well as specialized programs to address the needs of the community.

Rancho Physical Therapy places a strong emphasis on home exercise programs and patient education for better long-term results. All therapies provided are coordinated with the physician, patient work place and insurance representative to maximize treatment outcomes.

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
