Schmitt Engineering is a medium-sized company based in Erlangen, Germany.

With many years of engineering expertise in various industries, we are a partner to the industry. Our activities cover the entire process chain from planning and project management to development and design, as well as production, assembly, and commissioning.

Your tasks:

Participation in national and international studies for future missile and defense systems, as well as contribution to the design and development of relevant deployment scenarios
Implementation of the developed deployment scenarios in an operational simulation environment, as well as analysis and evaluation of simulation results
Support and further development of the operational simulation environment
Assistance with the integration of models and simulations using common message formats such as DIS, HLA, or DDS

Your profile:

Completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience in formulating and implementing military scenarios in operational simulations would be desirable
Basic knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as C++ or Lua would be advantageous
Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
