Job Summary:
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and dishwashers
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues
- Assemble and disassemble appliances for repair or maintenance purposes
- Conduct field service visits to customers' homes or businesses for repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to improve service efficiency
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Proficiency in refrigeration systems and HVAC principles
- Experience as a service technician in appliance repair or related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics
- Valid driver's license for potential delivery driver duties
- Ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
