Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
- Supervise front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
- Efficiently schedule appointments and meetings
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in schedule management and multitasking
- Ability to plan and execute events successfully
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
