The Gosch Auto Group is looking for a Collision Center estimator at our busy Toyota location in Hemet.
This individual must be a team player that is self motivated with a great attitude. Must have previous estimator experience. Will consider a junior estimator with a proven collision center background.
This is a great opportunity for the right individual at the only Toyota dealer certified collision center in the inland empire.
Great pay with benefits. Come join our awesome team$15.50 per hour plus production commission

They must be knowledgeable about a wide range of repair techniques and materials, as well as the costs associated with each.
They may also be responsible for tracking the progress of repairs on individual vehicles.This might include communicating with customers to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle or ensuring that all necessary parts have been ordered in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Skills:
- Confidence to handle high volumes under pressure
- Knowledge in Estimating CCC Pathways / CCC One
- Effectively communicate with insurance companies and customers
- Strong organizational and computer skills
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in writing profitable estimates
- Above average energy level
- Personal and professional integrity
- Computer experience and willingness to learn new programs
- Valid Drivers License required
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
