Description

In the Service Sales Support Specialist role, you will be responsible for providing the service sales team with administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the service sales process between the organization and its customers and for interacting with internal and external customers.

The holder of this position supports the service sales team and as well as communicating with customers and internal teams.


What you will accomplish together with us:

  • You will provide timely and effective administrative support to a service sales team, unit, or department.
  • One of your tasks will be to draft complex service sales documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • In this role, you will handle customers' phone calls in the absence of service sales reps and backup the Service administration team to ensure all customer calls are answered.
  • You will manage customer drafting/completing legal agreements, and communication with customer.
  • One of your goals will be to maintain a response time of 2448 hours on all requests.
  • You will be expected to provide Status on contract acceptance, routing complete contracts and purchase order to contracts team.
  • One of your duties will be to manage the shared mailboxes on a rotating schedule.
  • You will work closely with the Service Sales Manager on daily assignments.
  • Other duties as required.
  • You will be responsible for following all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements, including Health and Safety rules and regulations.

What will convince us:


  • You have completed an Associate's Degree in business administration or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent experience
  • You possess 2+ years of work experience in customer service or order processing department
  • You have proven reporting skills
  • SAP/ERP experience preferred.
  • Service Management systems experience preferred
  • Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP and any field management software

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $21.63/hour and $33.65/hour depending on experience.
